The reviews for the Atomic Robo TPB are starting to roll in. Rogues Gallery, the Comic Book Bin, Geeks of Doom!, and The Trades. I’d like to show them too you -but WordPress is currently all jacked up and I can’t add links to anything.
HUGE thanks to Brian for updating WordPress for me, thus making this possible. I’m leaving the rest of the blog as it is due to time constraints, but I hope you enjoy the TPB reviews. (more…)

First of all, after only one year of operations, and just over six months since their first book hit shelves, Red5 Comics has its first movie deal in the works! Its just great to be working with such a company. Scott and Paul over at Red5 really know what makes a good comic book. I got a kick out of this slightly different report since is seems to imply something is in the works for our Bucket-Head. They must have sources that Brian and I don’t since no one had contacted us about doing anything other than comic books with Robo. But the internet is never wrong. . . right?
Also, our first TPB -Atomic Robo & The Fightin’ Scientists of Tesladyne -will be hitting stores on June 11th. You can pre-order your copies now, and to take the work of flipping through the big Previews catalog, here’s the code: APR084084

While Get your War On is the funniest webcomic in the world, that’s not what I’m talking about. Here are some examples of the fine work done by GYWO, I hope I don’t get sued for sharing with you. (more…)

Awesome news for those of you living empty, unfulfilled lives because your can’t find copies of Atomic Robo anywhere. I just got word that Heavy Ink placed a very large order for all issues of Atomic Robo. The Sketch Gallery is filling up. Pretty soon I’ll have to start taking down some images or it will take ten minutes for the page to load.
Speaking of art, you can now buy my stuff from Serendipity Art! You can still get commissions directly through me via email, but if you want to lay your hands on some sweet, sweet, ROBO action, (or other stuff), this is the place to get it. (more…)

Well, went to see the tax man today. I was dreading it since 2006 would be the first year I’d be filing taxes as my own boss, and circumstances were such that I never quite put enough aside for that end of the year raping of the anus the IRS is so fond of. (more…)

Okay, February ended a few short hours ago, and I’ve got the first 7 pages of ROBO #5 inked. I’ll have the book finished before the Digital Overload show on the 9th. To speed up the work I’ve begun inking exclusively in Sharpie Marker. I’m loosing a lot of the finer details, but I’m sure no one will notice. (more…)
